sematicon AG appoints Prof. Dr. Walter Kunerth and Jürgen Städing to the advisory board.

We are delighted to welcome two outstanding personalities in our young company history. The appointment of Prof. Dr. -Ing Walter Kunerth and Jürgen Städing to the Advisory Board marks a significant step in the further development of the company.

Prof. Dr. Walter Kunerth, known for his outstanding leadership qualities and tireless commitment to innovation, brings a wealth of experience from a wide range of positions such as Siemens Central Managing Director (AD). He was also a member of the Management Board of the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA), Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, member of the Senate of the Helmholtz Association and Deputy Chairman of the DIN Executive Board. Prof. Dr. Walter Kunerth has also held various supervisory board positions at Gildemeister/DMG Mori, Autoliv, Paragon, Basler Vison Technologies, Götz-Management-Holding, Suspa and Gerotor.

Also very impressive is Jürgen Städing, whose expertise and extensive network in the industry make him an invaluable resource. With a keen sense for entrepreneurial opportunities and a proven track record from various management positions such as at Telenor SA (nextra), SpaceNet AG and NFON AG, noris network AG and Telio Management GmbH. In addition to his position as Chairman of the Advisory Board at sematicon AG, Mr. Städing is also a member of the Advisory Board at open*i GmbH and Preciwave (a brand of Bartels R&D).

The decision to appoint Prof. Dr. -Ing Walter Kunerth and Jürgen Städing to the Advisory Board underscores sematicon AG’s commitment to attracting top talent who can help shape the future.
